Custom Orders

Custom work is what we live for. This page explains how deposits, mock-ups, revisions, and production work so we're all on the same page before paint hits plastic.

Deposits

A 25% deposit is required to lock in your custom build and start the design process. The deposit is refundable if you cancel before we send your first mock-up. Once the mock-up is sent, the deposit becomes non-refundable because design time and materials have been committed.

Mock-ups & revisions

After deposit, you'll receive a digital mock-up of your design within 2–4 business days. Two rounds of revisions are included in your deposit. Additional revisions may be billed at $50 per round if the design scope changes significantly.

Approval & final payment

Once you approve the mock-up, we'll send a Shopify invoice for the remaining balance. Custom production begins after final payment is received. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on current queue and complexity.

Color & design changes

Small tweaks to colors or layout are usually fine during the mock-up phase. Major changes after mock-up approval — like switching vehicle fitment, theme, or core pieces — may require a new deposit or revised quote.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full deposit refund before the first mock-up is delivered. After mock-up delivery, the deposit is non-refundable. If final payment is not received within 14 days of invoice, the build may be paused or cancelled at our discretion.
