We want you stoked on your build. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Ready-to-ship items

Unused, uninstalled items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Made-to-order & custom builds

Custom dash pieces, mirror sets, and fully custom designs are made to order for your specific Jeep and color choices. Because these are one-of-a-kind, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has started.

If there is a fitment or paint defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will repair or replace the affected piece at our discretion.

Damaged in shipping

Save all packaging and take photos of the box and the damaged piece. Email us at trailrebelcustoms@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can file a claim and get you sorted.

How to start a return

Email trailrebelcustoms@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and why. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
