How It Works

From build sheet to booth to your door — here's how Trail Rebel Customs brings your Jeep interior to life.

1. 01 · Choose your path

   Start with a Trail Rebel Build (finished, pre-designed themes you can semi-customize) or go fully custom in the Custom Design Lab where you pick every color, finish, and detail.

2. 02 · Lock in your build

   Select your Jeep year, model, and the pieces you want. Custom builds require a 25% deposit to start the design process. Trail Rebel Builds are paid in full at checkout.

3. 03 · Mock-up & approve

   For custom builds, Melinda paints a digital mock-up within 2–4 business days. You get two rounds of revisions to nail the design before production starts.

4. 04 · Hand-painted in the booth

   Every piece is prepped, painted with premium automotive paint, and cured under infrared lights for a durable, factory-grade finish.

5. 05 · Ship & install

   Once complete, your build is carefully packed and shipped to you. Most pieces install with basic hand tools and included instructions.
