These terms apply to everyone who visits or shops at Trail Rebel Customs. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is accepted. Custom quotes are valid for 14 days.

Custom work

Custom builds are made to your specifications. Because they are one-of-a-kind, they cannot be returned once production begins. See our Custom Orders Policy for deposit, mock-up, and revision terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, photos, and content on this site are owned by Trail Rebel Customs unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Trail Rebel Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with the updated date.
