Shipping

Every Trail Rebel piece is packed by hand with care. Here's what to expect once your order leaves the booth.

Carriers & transit

We ship via USPS Priority and UPS Ground within the United States. Most packages arrive in 3–7 business days after they leave our shop. Larger or heavier orders may ship UPS.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship items usually leave within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and custom builds follow the production timeline quoted at checkout, typically 4–6 weeks after final payment and mock-up approval.

Shipping regions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. It may take 24 hours for the carrier's site to update.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and the carrier first. For damaged packages, save all packaging and photos and email us at trailrebelcustoms@gmail.com within 48 hours.
